We were shopping from out of state, and he included details when we did virtual tours that we wouldn’t have even thought to ask about (what the neighborhood looked like driving in, the quality of the neighborhood streets, the direction the house is facing, what portions of the house would be in the sunlight throughout the day, etc).   • Communication sets Wise Oak Realty apart from our competition. Internally we strive to operate with transparency, sharing as much information as possible throughout our brokerage. Our agents know “the numbers” because we share them regularly. Our internal communications include in-person meetings and training, off-site company activities, an intranet, e-mail, group messaging, and regular phone check-ins. The leadership team makes monthly contact with each of the agents a priority to ensure that they are receiving the support they need from our brokerage. We have an open door policy where all agents are encouraged to reach out to leadership with questions, concerns, and requests. Our external communications (both to the public and with our clients), include our robust website, social media platforms, note cards, newsletters, phone calls, customer appreciation events and more.

  • At Wise Oak Realty, training and development are critical tenets of who we are. We opened our brokerage with the goal of providing world-class training and development programs to our agents. We are proud of what we have built and are excited to see where we go next. Through weekly mastermind meetings for all agents, in-house continuing education opportunities, support from leaders, coaches and more, our agents do not lack opportunities to grow! We strive to share and discuss ‘nuggets’ of information from various books and outside resources with our brokerage in our weekly mastermind meetings. These ‘nuggets’ of wisdom and the process of continually finding them helps ensure that Wise Oak Realty and its agents continually implement best practices in all aspects of real estate. We’ve developed a proven training program for new agents that incorporates the best ideas from many of the top industry professionals such as Brian Buffini, Gary Keller, and David Greene.

  • We believe in a “we work to live, not live to work” philosophy. While our work is extremely important and highly fulfilling to us, it is just one aspect of our lives. Our faith walk, family, and friends are higher priorities. We believe that when these areas of our lives are in balance our work will be even better. Agents are encouraged to find their own work-life balance and are supported by the leadership team.

  • We know just how important it is to stay in good graces with OKCMAR and OREC. To make sure our work is done at the highest level, we review every transaction through a critical lens. We ensure the current forms are used and completed correctly by running them through our compliance officer. As an additional service to our agents, we have dedicated and experienced transaction coordinators who process the back end of our transactions from “contract to close”.

  • We understand that as a world-class real estate brokerage we directly impact many lives through our transactions and throughout our community. This is one of our favorite metrics to track. It’s almost impossible to know how many lives we will really make better with our community outreach, but knowing we positively touch so many lives through our work is the ultimate reward. We are active in our community and encourage our agents to be active as well. We support the community through local events like Shred Days, food drives, sponsorships, and charitable donations.
